Use of Outerview
You may use Outerview only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any product policies we publish. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Contributions
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload images, videos, and related metadata. By contributing, you grant Outerview a license to host, process, index, display, and analyze that content for product functionality.
You remain responsible for contributed media and metadata. Do not upload private, unlawful, confidential, harmful, or rights-infringing content. We may remove, restrict, or decline to index contributions at our discretion.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or use Outerview to violate the rights or safety of others.
Search results and benchmarks
Search results, benchmarks, and answer panels may include automated or experimental outputs. They are provided for informational use and should be independently verified before being used for safety, legal, financial, operational, or other high-impact decisions.
Intellectual property
Outerview and its software, design, trademarks, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our brand or proprietary technology except for the limited right to use the service as provided.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or caused legal exposure. You may stop using Outerview at any time.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outerview disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Outerview after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, notices, or support requests, use the report or contact channels made available in the product.
